How it works (the quarterly cycle)
Step One
Lab day: reset and commit
Once a quarter we meet in person at the Management Lab in Salisbury. We pick the single constraint to fix, set targets (days back + cash), lock the 90-day plan, and put names on seats.
Step Two
Execute with the cohort
Once you’re back at base, we run online sessions every 2 weeks. You deploy the playbooks, track scorecards, get blunt feedback, share wins, and learn what’s working (and isn’t) for others.
Step Three
Review, bank, repeat
At quarter-end we measure results against the targets, capture lessons, tune the plan, and roll straight into the next Lab day. Same rhythm, bigger wins. Exponential improvement.
