Looking to get back on track because COVID-19 disrupted your plans? We still have some tickets letf for our one-day Scaling Up Workhop. Join us with your leadership team on September 16, 2020 at Foundry Farm, Salisbury.
Since our first workshop in October 2019, we have sold out every ticket available. We have consistently received an NPS (Net Promoter Score) value score of 100, ever since. In fact, clients always tell us that it would be great to hold a full-day workshop instead of half. Well, we have listened and that’s why we are running this full-day Scaling Up Workshop. But there’s more. This time our workshop is aimed at leadership teams, rather than just individual leaders
Bring your team to our one-day Scaling Up Workshop, where you will get the clarity you need to move forward, by identifying your strategy and achieve your 3-Year Highly Achievable Goal (3HAG). After this highly practical session, your team will leave with a clear-cut understanding of the purpose and core values that make your company unique and valuable. The team will have the opportunity to take part on the decision-making to implement the tools and best practices to define and enforce a clear 3-year plan to scale up your business.
The Scaling Up Workshop will be hosted by expert business coach, Dominic Monkhouse. Dominic has a track record as Managing Director of scaling up a series of award-winning technology service businesses, scaling two UK companies from zero revenue to £30 million in just five years.
We want you to get your company back in the game. We encourage you to bring your leadership team with you to work on your business together.

Is your bus heading in the right direction?
It’s no secret that every business on the planet has had to rethink the direction their business is going in. Scaling Up an organisation can be a lonely road. A road is full of twists and turns that make you feel lost and lose clarity. I’ll guide you through the four decisions critical for growth: clarity on your destination (strategy), defining how you’ll get there (execution), filling the bus with A-Players (people) and making sure we keep the fuel tank full.
Why should you attend?
We’ll deliver proven tools, strategies and frameworks for you and your team to clarify your 3-years strategy. You will develop a deeper understanding of your core customer than ever before, figure out what you need to do to become market-leading. Define your OPSP (One Page Strategic Plan) to get clarity around your company’s goals and where the bus is headed to accelerate execution across the business.
Don’t let COVID-19 beat you into the ground and take your business. Treat this pandemic as an accelerator. The “one thing” you’ve been looking for to pivot, re-evaluate, or simply get shit done.
Dominic has helped us develop real clarity of what we need to be doing as a business in order to achieve the success we desire.Cate Murden
What has surprised me in working with Dominic, is that in many cases seemingly small changes and pieces of advice can make a massive impact on performance.David Howson
