WHY A BUSINESS GROWTH EVENT?
As I Scaled Up two organisations, Rackspace and Peer 1 Hosting, I learned the tools, resources, insights and methodologies that took us from zero revenue to £30m a year in less than five years (both times). There were a few gaps so I ended up developing some of my own tools as well.
Scaling Up an organisation can be a lonely road. A road is full of twists and turns that make you feel lost and lose clarity. I’ll guide you through the four decisions critical for growth: clarity on your destination (strategy), defining how you’ll get there (execution), filling the bus with A-Players (people) and making sure we keep the fuel tank full (cash).
Flesh Out Your Strategy and Create Your OPSP
Before you experience actual business growth, you need to nail down a strategy. Your growth workshop workbook will be packed full of actionable tools and resources so you can learn, take away and implement in your own business; define a One Page Strategic Plan (OPSP) and understand how Attribution Mapping will build clarity inside your organisation, transform your teams into high-performers and determine whether your existing people are A, B or C players (whilst giving them the tools to reflect on their own performance); and finally, the growth workshop will help you understand how to build accountability across your teams to speed up growth.

Before you come to the workshop, we will get you to do some homework. This ensures you give us the important information we need to help us prepare and makes sure you get the most benefit from the time we spend together. It should not take more than a few hours.
On the day you will receive a Scaling Up Growth Workbook for us to work through as a team. Take this away with you and implement as much of the content as you can.
We will be providing a light lunch before the growth workshop begins so make sure you’re here early! We’ll finish up with a Q&A-style session over some drinks on the farm.
